All single TCG cards we sell come from sealed packs and are in Mint condition, exactly as they were printed and packed by the manufacturer.
Please note that Mint cards can range from Gem Mint (e.g. PSA 10) to Mint (e.g. PSA 9), and may show minor factory imperfections. You can read more on the PSA Grading website.
