We offer this deck unpacked for several reasons. First, it will be sent as a "large letter" due to smaller size so we shall save on postage and will offer this deck cheaper than sealed version (which we also sell). Second, such letter will go through most letter boxes so you don't have to be at home to receive it or go later to a depot to collect it if you missed a delivery. Finally, we shall send it free by 1st class mail so you should get them next day. Cards will be still originally sealed and packed safely in a padded envelope. We think sending them this way makes sense and hope you agree.

Xyz Monsters are made from anti-matter, and have traveled here from the other side of a black hole. They’re landing in Duels at the speed of light, ready to kick butt and take names.

What’s an Xyz Monster?

First things first: It’s pronounced ik-seez. (You say it like a word. Don’t just spell out the letters!)

Xyz Monsters get their name because they’re so easy to Summon. You can make Xyz Monsters from anything: any monster Type, any Attribute, any theme. You can make monsters that look like giant toys, or fearsome dragons, or even monsters that are made of numbers. You can make them out of anything, even the letters x, y, and z.

Since they’ve traveled through a black hole to enter our universe, Xyz Monsters live in Reverse Time, so they do lots of things backwards:

• Xyz Monsters are pitch-black.
• The letters on them are bright white.
• They have a Rank instead of a Level (with yellow & black stars, instead of yellow & red)
• Their stars are on the left instead of the right.

But the weirdest thing of all is that whenever you Summon an Xyz Monster, the stuff you used to make it sort of sticks around!

Dawn of the Xyz also includes lots of powerful cards that work in any Deck, like Mirror Force, Seven Tools of the Bandit, and Blade Knight. It’s a new age of Dueling! So don’t miss your chance to get in front of the pack!
